The second-annual City of Lights SoulFest returns to the outdoor amphitheater at Clark County Government Center for a two-day weekend of R&B, jazz, and soul music. The 2026 lineup features Eric Benét, El DeBarge, Chanté Moore, Raheem DeVaughn, Leela James, Bilal, Gerald Albright, Daley, Lindsey Webster, Jeff Bradshaw, and DJ Spark spinning across both days. The festival is produced by the same team behind the long-running City of Lights Jazz and R&B Festival, with picnic-style lawn seating and a welcoming, open-air setting.
