Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil is a resident production at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino that celebrates Michael Jackson’s music, creative vision and enduring influence. Created in collaboration with the Estate of Michael Jackson, the show combines Cirque du Soleil acrobatics with urban and hip-hop choreography, aerial performance, cinematic projections and state-of-the-art surround sound. A cast of 63 dancers and performers brings Jackson’s music to life through a continuous series of energetic visual and musical sequences rather than a traditional biographical storyline. The production surrounds audiences with reimagined versions of his greatest hits, vivid theatrical effects and choreography inspired by his unmistakable performance style. Michael Jackson ONE premiered at Mandalay Bay in June 2013 and runs approximately 90 minutes without intermission. Audiences can expect an immersive, emotionally charged tribute that emphasizes Jackson’s innovation, messages of unity and ability to combine music, dance and spectacle.
